01- Create Gmail Account

First of all you will having to create a gmail account by signing up gmail on http://www.gmail.com and now you have complete first step of making blogger or blog on google.

02- Open Blogger Website and Sign in

After creating gmail account or gmail id, open http://www.blogger.com and choose sign in and enter your email address of gmail and password of gmail on http://www.blogger.com and sign into blogger.

03- After Sign Choose New Blog on the Left Side

After Signing in Blogger, You have to choose New Blog on left side of page as I mention in Picture and Then Choose Title of blog which you want to start or according to your material for example My blog is all about seo, blogging tips, earning tips and online earning so I wrote on the top. 04- Post anything by select start posting or Start New Posting
